Job Summary Physical Therapist – Rehab Talented Medical Solutions Full-time, Contract Mon-Fri 8-4 Hanford, CA, United States Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate. Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care. Document services accurately and timely. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families. Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT). Active state PT license (or ability to obtain). Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills. Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs. What's in it for you?
