A growing workplace technology and business services organization is seeking a Print & Mail Services Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. The Print & Mail Services Specialist will support document production, mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, scanning, copier support, and general office services in a professional client-facing environment. This is a strong entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in customer service, print production, logistics, records management, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production copiers, printers, scanners, binding equipment, and other office services technology to complete print, copy, scan, and finishing requests.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, shipping requests, receiving tasks, and internal deliveries accurately and on time.
- Respond to customer service requests, provide project updates, troubleshoot routine issues, and maintain a professional client-facing presence.
- Perform quality checks on completed documents, scanned files, mail pieces, and production jobs to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain supplies, inventory records, service logs, meter logs, production documentation, and organized work areas.
- Support copier troubleshooting, routine equipment checks, paper jam clearing, service coordination, and general office services duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21.30 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Location: Seattle, WA, SODO District.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support high-volume print, copy, scan, mailroom, shipping, receiving, and office services operations.
- Provide responsive customer service to internal customers and business partners.
- Maintain accurate records, service logs, supply inventories, and production documentation.
- Assist with copier support, equipment checks, routine troubleshooting, and quality control.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience required, with customer service, office support, mailroom, print, or operations experience helpful.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, job specifications, and quality standards.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift boxes and supplies, push or pull carts, and lift up to 50 to 55 pounds as needed.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and required insurance coverage may be needed for some assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a copy center, print production, mailroom, records management, shipping and receiving, or office services environment.
- Experience operating production printers, copiers, scanners, bindery equipment, or mailing equipment.
- Experience with document imaging, digital file handling, scanning workflows, or records retention.
- Ability to support multiple departments, prioritize customer requests, and learn new systems quickly.
