Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and competent RN with Med Surg experience to join their team in Longview, TX. This travel assignment involves working with a mixed patient population, including respiratory, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities, in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Meet expectations of applicable competencies such as Leader of Self and Leader of Others
• Provide nursing care using the process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• RN License in the state of TX or compact
