Role Description These are full-time, on-site roles based in New Jersey, Minnesota, and Los Angeles for attorneys with experience in Real Estate, Employment Law, Insurance Litigation in New Jersey, and Litigation in Minnesota. Attorneys in these practice areas will handle a mix of transactional and litigation matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements, managing case files, and preparing pleadings and other legal documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing statutes and case law, providing clear and practical legal advice to clients or internal stakeholders, and participating in negotiations and settlement discussions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, attending hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with relevant state and federal regulations. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law across multiple jurisdictions. Demonstrated experience in Labor and Employment Law, including advising on workplace policies, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Proven capability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients or internal stakeholders in Real Estate, Insurance Litigation, and general Litigation matters. Advanced Research skills for case preparation, due diligence, and legal opinion drafting. Effective Negotiation skills for contracts, settlements, and dispute resolution across diverse legal issues. Active license to practice law, with bar admission in relevant jurisdictions (e.g., NY; NJ and MN admissions strongly preferred or willingness to obtain). Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and prior experience in law firm or in-house settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
