Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Richmond, VA office.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of all pre-litigation workComplete the Flip-to-Lit approvalGuide clients through the case processDrafting and filing of pre-litigation documentsComplete TD approval for liability issuesOversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packagesManage the release approval processManage a team of 6-10 Case ManagersFocus on Personal injury cases.Drive compliance and KPIs amongst teamEUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statementsRequirementsLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the VA State Bar Association2+ years of personal injury experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit casesExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong leadership skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsDesire to become part of a trial teamThis role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
