We are partnering with a high-volume ENT & Ophthalmology Ambulatory Surgery Center seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join their team. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment handling a high daily case volume with a strong focus on efficiency and patient care.

Job Function:

• Shift: Monday-Friday
• 7:00am-3:30pm
• Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures
• Scrub and assist physicians during ENT and ophthalmology cases
• Anticipate surgical needs and ensure proper instrumentation is available
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with OR team to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume setting

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (NCCT or NBSTSA REQUIRED)
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Proven experience scrubbing cases independently
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique
• ENT and Eye Experience
