Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000 annually based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
• Participate in community outreach and school district therapy programs as needed
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
• Uphold patient safety and confidentiality standards
• Support a patient-centered approach to care in diverse settings

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• BLS certification (or obtained within 1 year of hire)
• 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
