Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Operating Room Clinical Nurse (RN) Shift Information Available shifts are as follows: 0700-1530 0900-1730 1100-1930 1500-2300 2300-0730 Shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, as well as on-call requirements. Minimum Experience 2 years of Operating Room experience required. Certifications and Requirements Valid Ohio nursing license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Summary of Responsibilities The Operating Room Clinical Nurse will be responsible for the following: Ability to circulate and scrub across multiple service lines which include General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics. Mandatory Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of OR experience Valid Ohio nursing license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications Level I trauma experience Certification as a Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Physical Environment and Requirements The candidate must possess the physical capacity to: Sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day Lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs with assistance Network Access and Applications Familiarity with the following applications is beneficial: Epic Pyxis Vocera Outlook Thrive Staffing Job ID 19027398.
