Job Title : Warehouse Clerk I

Location: Burlington, MA I On-Site I Temp-to-Perm

Shift: 1st Shift

Hourly Pay Range : $18.75-$20.00

• The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.75-$20.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM


Job Summary:

This position has the primary responsibility of shipping both inventory and non\u0002inventory items. Ensures that the appropriate documentation and filing are complete for shipments. Completes transactions in the ERP system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

• Process and track shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation and ERP entries
• Coordinate shipments with vendors and subcontractors
• Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming product and packages
• Maintain organized warehouse areas and follow compliance procedures

Facility Support

• Assist with inventory and material movement
• Coordinate with vendors and facilities as needed
• Perform minor janitorial duties

Inventory Management

• Assist with inventory control and ERP transactions
• Support cycle counts and process improvements

Requirements :

• 0-2 years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Experience coordinating with vendors and shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
• Ability to package components and follow procedures
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check, vision test, and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED required
