Hybrid Retail Customer Service Specialist, Coffee & Fulfillment

Luigi Lavazza SPA is hiring a Customer Service Specialist - Retail to support the Retail division. This role focuses on daily operations and manages the order to cash process to ensure quality service. Key responsibilities include acting as a primary contact for customers, managing order processing and fulfilling delivery, as well as collaborating with sales teams. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in customer service or retail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with SAP experience as a plus.
