Job Description
The Retail Sales position at our Flooring Company involves engaging with customers to provide expert guidance on flooring products, promoting sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience within a small, dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail and customer service, looking to grow within the flooring industry. We have positions available in both the Oneonta Store and Endwell Store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to assist with product selection
- Drive sales through effective communication and consultation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of flooring products
- Consult with customers to understand their flooring needs and recommend solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in retail sales
- Associate degree in Business or related field
- Strong customer service and sales techniques
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
