Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) - $19.65/HOUR We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a company in Santa Teresa, NM. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by handling materials, preparing orders, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sort, stack, clean, wash, stock, and inspect cartons, pallets, and parts as assigned to support daily operations. Assist with filling, packaging, and preparing customer orders while accurately completing required paperwork. Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and deliver materials throughout the facility. Support machine operators with various production and warehouse tasks as needed. Perform routine housekeeping and general clean-up activities to maintain a clean and organized work area. Conduct basic equipment checks and promptly report any malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs to the Supervisor or Lead. Assist with training new team members and provide guidance when requested. Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing initiatives. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required. Forklift experience or certification is preferred. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow established safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift. Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust. Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
