ServiceNow Identity Governance Engineer

Salary: $114,095 - 268,180 per year Requirements:

• We require at least five years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years working with ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or similar identity security platforms.
• A bachelors degree in computer science, information security, or information systems from an accredited college or university is preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus seven years of experience with ServiceNow, Veza, or related identity security tools is required.
• We look for experience implementing identity governance solutions, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and enterprise integrations.
• A solid understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is needed.
• Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting identity governance and security transformation efforts is important.
• Familiarity with identity security analytics, entitlement visibility, access intelligence, and governance capabilities within ServiceNow, Veza, or comparable platforms is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities are needed, along with the confidence to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions.
• The ability to travel as needed is required.

• We lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations, covering solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and application onboarding.
• We design identity governance solutions that include identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• We drive technical delivery by resolving complex issues, supporting onboarding efforts, and helping ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• We collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to gather requirements and support delivery.
• We develop technical documentation, governance standards, solution designs, operational procedures, and identity governance best practices.
• We help clients strengthen identity visibility, entitlement management, access governance, and overall identity security posture using ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, and related technologies.
• We act with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
