The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and applicants. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The Receptionist helps maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment while supporting administrative and operational needs.

Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 05:00pm )
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and applicants.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment while supporting administrative and operational needs.
Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, word processing, scheduling tools)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
