The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead for upcoming project opportunity: Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System Replacement Project .

Core Responsibilities

• Map Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement requirements to the behavior that must be tested.
• Write test cases with expected results for Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement.
• Prepare representative inputs and conditions for Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement tests.
• Check normal Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement workflows against their expected results.
• Test Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement exceptions and boundary conditions.
• Record reproducible evidence for each Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement failure.
• Separate Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement defects by their effect on acceptance.
• Deliver the assigned Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement instruction.
• Assess whether participants can carry out the Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement tasks.
• Record questions and difficulties encountered during Cary emergency-call dispatch replacement training.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
