Remote Resolution Specialist - Medical DME & Patient Care

J&B Medical Supply Co Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator-Resolution Specialist to support our teams with escalated issues and provide timely resolutions to patients. This full-time position supports remote work for eligible states (AL, FL, GA, IN, LA, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV); in-office work may be required if you live within 40 miles of Wixom, MI.
