Pay: $30–$50/hour (depending on experience). Multiple openings available.

The Challenge

• Operate and set up advanced 5-axis milling centers to hold tight tolerances on complex geometries.
• Jump between prototypes and scaling production as our operation accelerates.
• Edit existing programs early on; advance to full CNC programming within 6–12 months.
• Cut a variety of materials, including Inconel and metal 3D-printed blanks, as your experience allows.

Must-Haves

• Direct, hands-on 5-axis milling experience (required — non-negotiable).
• Problem-solver who works confidently without rigid, step-by-step procedures.
• Genuine ambition to advance into a more technical programming role.

Bonus Points

• DMG Mori platforms.
• Siemens controls.
• Mastercam or comparable CAM.
• Background machining exotic alloys (Inconel).
• Experience with metal additive parts.
• High-growth space/aerospace hardware experience (e.g., SpaceX, Rocket Lab, Vast).

Your Toolkit

• Proficiencies: 5-axis, problem solving.
• Machines & Tech: DMG Mori, Siemens controls.

What success looks like

• Week 1–4: Master setups, prove-out runs, and process stabilization.
• Month 2–3: Confidently edit and optimize existing programs with engineering input.
• Month 6–12: Author full CNC programs and drive repeatable, scalable production.
