Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate CVOR cases, ensuring readiness of equipment and supplies for each procedure
- Provide comprehensive intraoperative nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures
- Maintain sterile technique, correct instrumentation counts, and assist the surgical team as needed
- Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond promptly to intraoperative changes
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to facilitate safe, efficient case flow
- Document intraoperative findings, interventions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and compliance

Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license or Compact license valid to practice in Colorado
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume intraoperative CVOR nursing experience (scrub and circulate)
- Ability to scrub and circulate CVOR cases in a hybrid cath lab setting
- Willingness to work in a CVOR/hybrid cath lab environment
- Travel eligibility: permanent address at least 75 miles away from the assignment location (radius rule)
