Quality Assurance Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to join our team! The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and work in process with finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications.Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is ideal. A background in printing, packaging or a similar industry is a huge plus! Pay range 20.00 to 25.00 hour Responsibilities Examines purchase order and/or other documents to secure details regarding size, colors, content and other product characteristics being inspected for. Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system and conformity to specified standards. Tests samples of product and documents results. Approves or rejects product and writes report of inspection results Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations The Ideal Candidate Will: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
