Fix It 24/7 – Location: 499 Jessen Ln, Suite B, Wando, SC 29492

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturday coverage may be required during peak season)

Fix It 24/7 is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. As our Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in keeping our HVAC and Plumbing teams running efficiently by scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring every job is completed smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Dispatch HVAC and Plumbing technicians for service, maintenance, and repair calls.

• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates.

• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.

• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls.

• Work closely with the call center, service managers, and field technicians to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate job information and scheduling within Service Titan.

• Help ensure daily revenue goals and operational efficiency are achieved.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry preferred .

• ServicebTitan experience is a strong plus.

• Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Can pass pre-employment drug screen and background check 

Compensation & Benefits
