Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate a field service project. This role is primarily focused on keeping the project organized and ensuring technicians and customers stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technician schedules and daily activities
• Manage shipments of project materials and equipment
• Contact customer sites to verify assets are available before scheduled work
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records
• Update and manage information in Salesforce
• Use Excel to track schedules, shipments, and project status
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to keep projects moving

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
