Job Description As a Promotions Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of promotional activities designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to overall campaign performance. You will work closely with team members and management to coordinate promotional initiatives, communicate with customers and potential clients, assist with campaign preparation, and help ensure that promotional activities are delivered professionally and effectively. Responsibilities Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns. Represent the company and its clients in a professional and positive manner. Engage with customers and provide clear information about products, services, and promotions. Support promotional events and customer acquisition initiatives. Help prepare promotional materials and campaign resources. Maintain organized records related to campaigns, customer interactions, and promotional activities. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and business objectives. Provide feedback regarding customer responses and campaign performance. Assist management with day-to-day promotional and operational tasks. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills.
