Director, Fleet Warranty & Parts Strategy

Summit School Services in Warrenville, IL, seeks a Director of Warranty to lead warranty and recall activities across the US and Canada. You will develop processes, negotiate with dealers and manufacturers, and manage teams to ensure timely processing of claims and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with Engineering, Field Maintenance, and Product Management to identify issues, recover costs, and improve campaign outcomes.
