Job Functions/Responsibilities Consult with and keep supervisor informed of clinical activities, needs, and problems related to patient care Comply with established patient care standards. Maintain established clinical policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control. Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment. Cooperate with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee interdepartmental and public relations. Greet patient and escort them to the exam room. Takes and records vital and patient medical information in chart. Prepares patient room for exam. Assist Provider in procedures as necessary. Completes ordered lab procedures. Administer IM, Sub Q injections to include immunizations. Wound care and suture removal as directed by Provider. Communicate results of all procedures and tests to Provider. Discharge patient to receptionist. Cleans and disinfects exam rooms after use. Restock supplies, linens, equipment, and checks for defects and outdated. Maintain professional growth and development through seminars and educational sessions as required. Travel to different clinical locations as assigned, which may include different cities or towns. Adapt quickly to new clinic environments, work cultures, and patient care practices in each location. Provide seamless coverage during staff shortages or vacation periods, ensuring that all clinical areas are properly staffed and operational. Work with diverse healthcare teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Maintain effective communication with clinic managers and healthcare providers at each location to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications CPR Certification. Experience preferred. Licensure/Certification within good standing. Maintain required continuing education courses. Schedule Requirements Full‑time position, 4‑5 days per week, 100% clinic‑based, in person work required. Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on the operational needs of the organization.
