SIGMA Operations Director - Hybrid State ERP Leader

State of Michigan

The State Budget Office (SBO) is seeking a SIGMA Operations and Support director in Lansing, MI. The role leads strategic SIGMA/ERP processes across state agencies and oversees a 72-member team, including student assistants. Hybrid work option with on-site presence 1–2 days and possible up to four remote days per week.

Required: bachelor's degree and two years as a division director, plus experience with ERP systems, contract management, and strategic planning. Relocation not reimbursed.
