About the Role:
Join MISS KRYSTAL CARES LLC as a Home Care Aide and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Harrison, MI. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our caring team.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications as directed and monitor clients' health and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor.
- Support clients in mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial.
