Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric patients by delivering evidence-based mental health care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. In this hybrid role, you'll provide comprehensive psychotherapy services—including individual, conjoint, group, and family sessions—while also delivering compassionate crisis intervention support as needed. Your expertise will directly contribute to ensuring that every patient receives safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care that promotes lasting healing and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, conjoint, group, and family psychotherapy tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Provide crisis intervention services with compassion and clinical expertise
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain the highest standards of safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care
• Contribute to a supportive clinical environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and professional excellence

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with one year supervised post masters experience; OR Master's degree in Social Work with two years post Master's experience in mental health/chemical dependency setting.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Licensed Psychologist; OR Limited Licensed Psychologist; OR Licensed Master's in Social Work.
