Travel Scrub Tech - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Schedule/Hours:

• Choice between 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation
• Standard 13-week contract, starting 5/11 or 5/26
• Each assignment includes 2 weeks of nights per contract
• Two short call shifts per four-week schedule
• Some weekend and variable shift requirements
• Weekend 12-hour shifts with variable hours mid-week to fulfill contracted requirements

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a nurse with ORT expertise
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume operating room
• Adaptability to varying shifts and willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends as scheduled
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for advancing perioperative care in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
• Maintain a sterile and organized environment, following best aseptic practices
• Operate and manage surgical equipment with precision
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving workflows
• Document patient care activities and follow strict patient safety protocols
