Are you passionate about luxury vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service? Audi New Rochelle is seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our world-class team!
What Youll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our valued clients and the service department.
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
- Provide clear, honest estimates and timelines for services and repairs.
- Communicate technician findings in a way that builds trust and transparency.
- Ensure a premium customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a service advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership (Audi/VW experience a plus!).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CDK software preferred.
