Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do Decorate bakery items: top, finish, and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes. Enhance visual appeal: boost sales by creating visually appealing and unique bakery items that exceed guests’ expectations. Customer service: assist guests with their bakery needs, take special orders, and bring their cake design visions to life. Stock and maintain displays: keep displays fresh and appealing by rotating products and ensuring adequate stock levels. Quality and freshness: maintain high‑quality standards by ensuring products are fresh and removing any items that do not meet our standards. Collaborate: work closely with the Cake Decorator II and other bakery associates to achieve department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization. Food safety: keep food safety logs up to date and adhere to all food safety guidelines. Honor commitments: regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences. Support the team: other duties as assigned. Part‑time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full‑time associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
