This role is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing high-impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance.The SPE acts as both a technical leader and project driver, generating innovative process improvement ideas and ensuring their successful execution. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver results on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DevelopmentIdentify and manage project risksDefine project scope through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersDevelop and implement detailed project plansEnsure all designs meet relevant company and industry standardsPrepare comprehensive Requests for Quote (RFQs) for project biddingCoordinate and facilitate required permitting processesProject ExecutionLead and manage project execution from start to finishCoordinate both internal teams and external contractorsDevelop project procedures, specifications, and documentationOversee EHS performance and ensure achievement of all safety targetsPromote and embed a strong safety culture across teams and contractorsTrack progress and ensure projects are executed effectivelyProvide regular project status updates and reportsDevelop and manage punch lists for project closeoutCommissioning & HandoverEnsure completion of punch list itemsCoordinate final project delivery with all stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering3-5 years of experience in industrial project managementProven ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects and drive process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency, safety, or performance.Strong organizational, project management, and communication skillsProven ability to manage contractors and consultantsTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budget-----------------------------------------Job Offer Fraud AlertWe take the security of our candidates seriously.
