Details for the position are as follows: Pay Rate : $60 Hourly on W2 - Hybrid in Roseville, CA or Spring, TX 77389 Title : IT Business Consultant (Mix of IT Portfolio Strategy + IT Finance + Governance + Executive Decision Support + ServiceNow SPM)

Mix of IT Portfolio Strategy + IT Finance + Governance + Executive Decision Support + ServiceNow SPM
- Senior IT Portfolio/Technology Investment professional with strong IT financial-management experience who can connect technology strategy, funding, governance, and execution to help executives make portfolio decisions. Ideally comes from a large enterprise and has ServiceNow SPM experience.
- IT Financial Management - Hands-on ownership of budgets, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis, investment planning and financial reconciliation.
- Enterprise IT portfolio management: Has managed a portfolio of technology investments, not merely individual projects/programs-prioritization, demand, funding, capacity, risk, dependencies and value.
- Highly desired - ServiceNow SPM: Real hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management, particularly portfolio, demand, investment and financial data. The company's exact ServiceNow configuration can be learned.
- Ideal - Governance / LPM: Portfolio governance, Lean Portfolio Management/SAFe, investment prioritization, TBM/product funding and/or portfolio operating-model experience.
- The Strategic Portfolio Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and governance of the IT project and product portfolio. This role ensures initiatives align with strategic goals, deliver business value, and are resourced and funded appropriately. The SPM serves as a key liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and Finance to drive transparency, prioritization, and value realization across the enterprise portfolio.
