HVAC Customer Service Representative

Location: Milford, CT

Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milford, CT. This role handles inbound customer calls, schedules and dispatches technicians, and helps ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting daily operations and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with HVAC service, maintenance, and installation needs
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize daily capacity
• Communicate appointment details, timing, and expectations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in CRM/service software
• Identify opportunities to promote maintenance plans and additional services
• Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve issues quickly
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
• HVAC, plumbing, or other home services experience required
• Experience scheduling and dispatching field technicians preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Comfortable promoting maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
