OCM Lead

NTT DATA Services is currently seeking an OCM Lead to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). Day to Day Job Duties include developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and program objectives. Conducting detailed change impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholders. Integrating change management activities into overall project/program plans, working closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment, especially in Agile environments. Identifying and mapping key stakeholders across impacted business units; building strong partnerships with sponsors and functional leaders to drive engagement, alignment, and adoption. Defining areas of business impact and recommending training approaches; collaborating with project teams and L&D to design and deliver training programs for end users. Developing and implementing targeted communication plans, including creation of presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and leadership updates, while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Establishing and managing feedback mechanisms, proactively addressing concerns, resistance, and adoption challenges. Assessing training needs and enabling teams through learning plans, job aids, user guides, and knowledge transfer activities, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-implementation support. Tracking and reporting on change progress using KPIs and dashboards, providing regular updates to leadership, ensuring adherence to change governance standards, and maintaining documentation and best practices.

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in large-scale transformation programs. Minimum 3 years' experience in change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training enablement. Minimum 3 years' experience working in or supporting Agile transformation programs. Minimum 3 years of experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and structured methodologies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
