We're hiring a Barista to join our team at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located right on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistency, enjoys engaging with people, and wants to be part of a team that delivers a polished, high-level experience every day.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages to Club standards.
- Create a welcoming, attentive experience for Members and Guests.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and caf areas clean and organized.
- Stock and replenish products to maintain smooth service.
- Assist with light food prep and pastry display as needed.
- Provide recommendations and personalize the guest experience.
- Communicate with team members and managers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support events, catering, and other operational needs as required.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of service or hospitality experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Friendly, professional communication style.
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
