Part-time administrative support

Part-time administrative job details:

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 9 am-4:30 pm

Pay Rate: $25-$26/hr.

• Provide administrative and operational support to managers in the administration of accounts.
• Prepare, review, and process client correspondence, account documentation, forms, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain electronic and physical client files, ensuring records are complete, organized, and confidential.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare client materials, schedule appointments, and arrange virtual meetings. 
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including certified mail, overnight deliveries, and other client communications.
• Assist with tracking tax documents, account distributions, and other administrative workflows while maintaining accurate records.

Part-Time administrative support requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as an Administrative Assistant at a financial, accounting, or legal firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
