MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist to join our dynamic team in Pennsylvania. In this position, you will perform a range of essential laboratory tests and procedures crucial to diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing specimens, interpreting results, maintaining lab equipment, and accurately documenting findings.

Shift/Schedule: Open for discussion on 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Phlebotomy skill preferred.
