Manager, Data Analyst (Fully Remote)

Hands-on manager role, split between leading a small team and doing analytical work. You'll write and optimize SQL, review models, and own complex cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage, coach, and develop 2-3 analysts while setting the technical bar. Lead analytical projects end-to-end, diagnose root causes, and present findings to leadership. Own dbt models and help automate manual data pulls. Ideal Background: Advanced SQL and dbt fluency, plus experience with Tableau or Sigma. Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail. Interest in AI/ML workflows and building trusted data foundations.
