We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team at Agentic-First. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end development to create scalable web applications that enhance user experience and drive business success. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with our company's mission of empowering users through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and specifications.
- Implement responsive user interfaces and maintain high performance across various devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while following best practices in software development.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, ensuring optimal application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate them into our projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and popular frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
