Job Description Job Description Our organization is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home.’ In this role, RNs will address the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential Typical responsibilities include: Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing participation in the daily life of residents Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments Formulating care plans as necessary and overseeing resident care appropriately Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members To excel in this position, you should possess: A valid RN license Current CPR certification Preferred experience in nursing within senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings What we offer you: As one of the largest nonprofit operators of senior living communities nationwide, we provide more than just a job.
