Job Summary As a Leasing Specialist, you will drive occupancy by delivering exceptional resident and prospect experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. What You Need to Succeed Performance and Business Drive (Get It Done) Success in this role requires effectively managing high-volume prospect outreach, tour scheduling, and resident priorities. By maintaining a sales-focused mindset and a strong sense of urgency, you convert leads into residents and maximize occupancy. Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours, executing effective closing techniques, following up with prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from application through move-in. What You’ll Bring – Desired Skills and Experience Minimum of one-year of sales experience. Multifamily property management experience is strongly preferred. Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities. High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
