Job Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and allied products in the shop Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or failures Repair, replace, and/or rebuild engines, transmissions, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems Perform welding and fabrication as required Identify and order correct parts for repairs, returning unused parts promptly Communicate effectively with customers regarding all aspects of the work Qualifications: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Dedicated and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Must submit to background screening & MVR Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: depending on experience (DOE) Comprehensive health package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Vacation pay and Oregon Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) retirement plan Why choose Columbia Western Machinery?
