Java Full Stack Engineer

We are currently sourcing for a Java Full Stack Engineer to work in Durham, NC! The Workplace Investing (WI) Systems group is seeking an experienced and dedicated software engineer to help design, build and support next generation / emerging products. This individual will be encouraged to work closely with application developers, other developers and support engineers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in at least two of these: Java, Database, REST API, BPM tools. This position will be based full time in Durham, NC, but we are open to hire in Merrimack, NH.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, full stack application components in support of various products in the PEP product line. You will design, code and unit-test new functionality in an Agile environment. In addition to day-to-day technical support responsibilities, you will also be responsible for dev tasks, building and improving existing applications.

The Expertise You Have

• BS or above in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years web/application development experience with strong proven understanding of Java/Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Angular, Node JS
• Knowledge of building and supporting server-side components using REST API and backend SQL /Stored Procedure Components
• Experience building and deploying applications in a DevOps environment using CI/CD tools; experience with Git/Bitbucket Server (Stash), Jenkins, and uDeploy are a plus.
• Solid understanding in BPM, Integration Products like Dell Bhoomi / MuleSoft / Adeptia and solution designing (develop workflow solutions e2e)
• Exposure to cloud technologies Azure/AWS
• Exposure to Agile development methodology is required
