Job Description We offer psychiatrists a hybrid model—telemedicine and in‑person flexibility—with 100% outpatient work. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Top compensation can exceed $408,000–$467,000/year; no cap. Compensation model based on productivity. Annual bonus program.
