Position Summary: As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their plumbing and electrical needs and present customized solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the repair, replacement, or upgrade process - helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs Present recommended solutions clearly and professionally, with upfront pricing Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction Coordinate with plumbing and electrical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups using CRM tools Qualifications: Experience in in-home sales, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive commission Company vehicle and gas card Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and support in a team-focused environment Hometown Plumbing and Electrical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
