What You'll Do As an Engagement Planner, you will be the engine behind seamless, data-driven media activations from strategy through execution. You will: Build Engaging Multichannel Experiences: Develop and execute innovative tactical media plans across diverse touchpoints- Including Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, Point of Care (POC), and Conferences. Drive Negotiation & Partner Collaboration: Partner directly with suppliers and publishers at the brand level to negotiate advantageous placements, optimize spend, and maximize reach and ROI. Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Harness CMI's proprietary planning tools and analytics platforms to engineer data-backed strategies, track performance, and deliver standout client results. Champion Operational Excellence: Own day-to-day campaign management, ensuring on-time delivery, tight budget adherence, flawless trafficking, and meticulous quality control. Mentor & Lead: Share your knowledge by guiding and coaching Associate Engagement Planners, fostering an inclusive environment of continuous growth and team success. Who You Are Media Savvy: You have 2+ years of experience as a Media Planner/Buyer, with strong command over media fundamentals and a proven track record across digital and traditional channels. Organizational Powerhouse: You excel at multitasking, prioritizing deliverables, and managing complex timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment. Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in precision and accuracy across budgets, flowcharts, specifications, and campaign reporting. Collaborative Communicator: You possess top-tier interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an ability to partner effortlessly across internal teams, clients, and vendors. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000.
