We're recruiting on behalf of a growing customer engagement and sales company seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns, promotional events, and retail activations. Whether you're starting your career or looking for a new opportunity, full training is provided.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, marketing, or client-facing roles. Recent graduates and career changers with excellent interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

As a Customer Service Representative , you will:

• Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service and build positive customer relationships

• Represent clients professionally at retail locations, promotional events, and live campaigns
\n
• Engage with prospective customers and explain products, services, and promotional offers
\n
• Support customer acquisition initiatives by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
\n
• Assist with customer registrations, inquiries, and campaign participation
\n
• Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
\n
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow campaign guidelines

Average weekly earnings of 700-1000, consisting of base pay, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
