About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and client-focused SeniorClient Advisor to join our Health & Benefits team. In this role, youwill serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering strategicguidance and ensuring the seamless administration of employee benefit programs.This is an opportunity to build strong relationships, solve complex challenges,and make a meaningful impact on client success while contributing to the growthof our organization. Key Responsibilities Manageand retain a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring exceptionalservice and satisfaction Overseebenefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and disabilitycoverage Serveas the primary liaison between clients, employees, and insurance carriers Coordinateenrollments, plan changes, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness Developand deliver client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, andbenefit summaries Partnerwith producers on new business opportunities and renewals Negotiatewith carriers to secure competitive pricing and plan design solutions Staycurrent on industry trends, underwriting practices, and regulatory changes Maintainaccurate client records and ensure full compliance with regulations andcompany standards Resolvecomplex service issues, including billing discrepancies and coverageconcerns Identifycross-selling opportunities and support business development initiatives Recommendand implement process improvements to enhance service delivery Ensurecompliance with ERISA, Section 125, and IRS reporting requirements (Forms1095 and 5500) Qualifications Highschool diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimumof 5 years of recent experience in employee benefits or commercial linesaccount management ActiveHealth & Life Insurance License, or ability to obtain and maintain Strongknowledge of ERISA, Section 125 plans, and IRS reporting requirements(Forms 1095 and 5500) Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstratedprofessionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in client-facingsituations Skills & Competencies Strongclient service orientation with a commitment to excellence Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills Abilityto manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently Stronganalytical, technical, and problem-solving skills Excellentverbal and written communication skills Collaborativemindset with the ability to drive process improvements Provenrelationship-building skills with clients, carriers, and internal teams Willingnessand ability to travel within Virginia and North Carolina as needed Work Environment This role is based in a professional office environment inVirginia Beach, VA. The position regularly utilizes standard office equipmentsuch as computers, phones, and copiers.
