They will report to the Customer Service Lead. When we commit to a job, we get the job done – and we do it fast.Role Specifics:Manage incoming customer calls and all aspects of inbound order managementCompletes outbound phone calls/campaigns as assignedElevate unresolved customer issues to designated departmentsOwn follow up to customers related to inbound calls and customer requests/issuesDrive customer adoption to self-service tools through helpful communication and supportDrive communication between Sales and Operations related to customer serviceProvide B2B and AR support as neededComplete other tasks assigned by the Customer Service LeadPerforms additional responsibilities as requested*Competencies:Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsResourcefulness: Securing and deploying resources effectively and efficientlyDrives Results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstancesCollaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesExperience:2 years minimum previous sales or customer-facing experience preferredDemonstrated success with over-the-phone communicationProduct & Industry sales knowledge preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving & critical thinking skills with the ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and time metricsMicrosoft Office experienceWorking Conditions:Majority of time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around.
