We have a great IOM opportunity in Denver, Colorado! You’ll be joining a small neuromonitoring team that works closely with a handful of surgeons across 2-3 hospitals in the Denver metro area. Because we aren’t a large company rotating techs between dozens of surgeons and facilities, our techs have the opportunity to work with the same surgical teams regularly and build strong working relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel. Position details and requirements: Clinical Requirements : CNIM with a minimum of 2 year of clinical IOM experience. Employment Options: Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions available. As a small team we have some flexibility and are open to working with the right candidate to find a schedule that works well for both sides. Case load : Full‑time positions typically cover cases 2‑4 days per week. Part‑time and PRN schedules are flexible and can be discussed based on availability and coverage needs. Work/life balance is a must in Colorado! Case Breakdown : 90% spine, 10% crani’s and advanced cases. Training on advanced cases if needed/desired Location: Denver, Colorado and occasional travel to surrounding areas in the state. Compensation: Full‑time base salary in the $75k-$100k+ range depending on IOM experience and advanced modality experience. Part‑time and PRN compensation based on experience and expected availability. Additional call and travel compensation provided separately. Call Requirement: Roughly one (1) weekend per month and 1‑2 week days/week Travel: Travel to surrounding cities with occasional (once every 2‑3 months) overnight travel within Colorado.
